Group Health Research Advisory Board
The Group Health Research Advisory Board is responsible for assessing the quality, innovation, and relevance of Group Health research in enhancing quality of care and consumer value within Group Health and nationally. The Board is appointed by the president and chief executive officer of Group Health. It is staffed by the office of Eric B. Larson, MD, executive director of Group Health Research Institute.
- Bobbie Berkowitz, PhD, RN, CNAA, FAAN, chairs the group. She is currently the Alumni Endowed Professor of Nursing at the University of Washington (UW) School of Nursing and Adjunct Professor in the School of Public Health and Community Medicine. Dr. Berkowitz also directs the National Institutes of Health/National Institute of Nursing Research funded Center for the Advancement of Health Disparities Research at the UW School of Nursing.
