The Breast Cancer Surveillance Registry at Group Health Research Institute is part of the national Breast Cancer Surveillance Consortium (BCSC), a group of seven mammography registries around the U.S. that contribute breast cancer screening, diagnosis and treatment data to a central Statistical Coordinating Center. The overall goal of the BCSC is to increase the quality of breast cancer screening and improve patient outcomes.
