Abstract:                    

  1. To evaluate the influence both of baseline perceived risk on subsequent mammography uptake, and of mammography uptake on subsequent perceived risk.
  2. To understand the effect of perceived ambiguity on mammography behavior.
  3. To understand whether a motivational telephone call affected the beliefs and values it was designed to influence.
