Abstract:

  1. Are women who report performing BSE more likely to undergo subsequent diagnostic evaluations compared toe women who do not perform BSE?
  2. Are women who report performing quality BSE (monthly and duration) more likely to undergo subsequent diagnostic evaluations compared to women who perform poor quality BSE?
  3. Are women who report performing BSE subsequent to diagnostic evaluation less likely to have a diagnosis of breast cancer than women who do not perform BSE?
  4. Are women who report performing quality BSE subsequent to diagnostic evaluation less likely to have a diagnosis of breast cancer than women who perform poor quality BSE?
  5. Are women who report performing BSE diagnosed with earlier stage breast cancer compared to women who do not perform BSE?
  6. Are women who report performing quality BSE diagnosed with earlier stage breast cancer than women who perform poor quality BSE?
