Abstract:
We propose to test the hypotheses that use of NSAIDs, statins, or ACE inhibitors will improve prognosis, and use of antidepressants, antibiotics, calcium channel blockers, or diuretics will negatively impact prognosis. Learning more about whether there are factors that influence prognosis will help us with the secondary prevention of breast cancer and will lead to a reduction in breast cancer morbidity and mortality (prognosis).
